Voices

In collaboration with Aktion-Ost-West, an association dedicated to international understanding and the culture of remembrance, we created VOICES—a digital platform that brings eyewitness accounts to life through a specialized audio-first interface. The project transitions an extensive collection of interviews, originally released on Compact Disc (CD), into a modern, interactive web space. At its heart are stories from the end of the war, captured in personal accounts by eyewitnesses who experienced the spring of 1945 in Berlin. To ensure broad accessibility, the website is multilingual and can be experienced in German, Polish, and Ukrainian.
